Welcome to RunInRain online Outlet, operated by Arakon Consulting, located at Weldamstraat 5, 2531 PT Den Haag, Netherlands. By visiting and purchasing from runinrain.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR. VAT is included where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, credit/debit cards, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the Netherlands only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping costs €6.95 and is free on orders over €55 within the Netherlands. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order placement (1-2 business days processing time + 1-3 business days transit time = in total 2–5 business days). 5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection within 5 business days. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Consumer Rights (EU)

As a consumer in the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to return your order for any reason. Furthermore, all products sold on our store are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Dutch consumer law (Burgerlijk Wetboek), ensuring that products meet reasonable expectations of quality and performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on runinrain.com, including images, logos, text, and product descriptions, is the property of RunInRain online Outlet or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, RunInRain online Outlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Den Haag, Netherlands.
