Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process below and place a new order for the desired product. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory quality inspection to verify its original, unaltered condition. Once the return is approved following this inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited directly to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

✅ You will receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at sales@runinrain.com to initiate the return.
  2. Ship the item back (at your own expense) to our official business address: RunInRain office, Weldamstraat 5, 2531 PT, The Hague, Netherlands
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method (e.g., iDEAL or Credit Card).

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
