 Domestic Shipping Policy (The Netherlands)

Shipping & Delivery Policy


We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands to ensure the highest quality and speed of service. All orders are shipped from our warehouse at Weldamstraat 5, 2531 PT 's-Gravenhage (The Hague), Netherlands. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or Dutch public holidays.
Order cut-off time: 14:00 CET. All orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) CET, Monday through Friday, will be processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes an estimated 1–3 business days transit time, for a total of 2–5 business days from order placement including processing time (1-2 bussiness days processing time + 1-3 bussiness days transit = a total of 2-5 bussiness days). Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier circumstances or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs
- Orders under €55: €6.95 flat rate within the Netherlands
- Orders €55 and above: Free shipping within the Netherlands

- All prices are shown in EUR. Tax is included where applicable..

Carriers
We ship via PostNL and DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Track & Trace number for real-time tracking.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will make additional attempts or leave the package at a nearby pickup point. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@runinrain.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Delays
If there is any change or delay to your order on our end, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

🔄 Returns & Return Shipping

Changed your mind? No worries — we've got you covered.

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item.
• Return shipping within the Netherlands is customer responsibility and is not free of charge.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
