All orders are shipped from The Hague, Netherlands.
Delivery Times
Netherlands: 2–5 business days from order placement (1–2 business days processing + 1–3 business days transit). EU: 6–10 business days (1–2 business days processing + 5–8 business days transit). Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier circumstances or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders of €75 or more. €6.95 flat rate on orders under €75. Applies to both the Netherlands and EU countries.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Cut-off time: 14:00 CET. No processing on weekends or Dutch public holidays.
