Return Window

14 days from receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition, in original box with all tags attached, free from signs of use, dirt, or damage.

How to Return

1. Email sales@runinrain.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack and send (at your own expense) to: Weldamstraat 5, 2531 PT Den Haag, Netherlands.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Refunds

Issued to original payment method (iDEAL or credit card) within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
